Role: Software Developer - CRM - Intermediate
Location: 525 University Avenue, Toronto, (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract With possible extension.

Siebel Development Skills - 40 %

Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must
5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration
3+ years of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions with a focus on configuring / developing / testing
Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and methods.
Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset.

Report Development Skills - 35%

Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery, and JavaScript
Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development and testing
Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File, and Mapping files

Soft Skills - 20%

Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams and participate in large teams
Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
Strong ability to work under pressure, with aggressive timelines, and be adaptive to change
Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems

Public Sector Experience - 5%

Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset.

Must Haves:
