JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Role: Reporting to the Software and Database Manager, the Software Developer will be responsible for the design, creation, and maintenance of our Business Applications and Systems. In this role, you will collaborate with fellow developers, system owners, and end users to enhance and develop our business applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement robust business applications that meet organizational needs.
2. Collaborate with system owners and end-users to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
4. Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications.
5. Implement security best practices in all developed systems.
6. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Contribute to technical documentation and system architecture design.

Skills/Requirements:

1. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
2. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Proficiency with a programming language: JavaScript or C#.
5. Familiarity with front-end JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Vue.JS, React).
6. Experience with ASP.NET framework is a plus.
