About the job

1. Formulate discharge plans in full collaboration with professionals and inmates
2. Provide crisis intervention services
3. Prepare and maintain assessments and statistical reports
4. Provide rehabilitative programs and counselling
5. Participate in social work research activities and evaluate treatment programs and services
6. Provide social work consultation and training to staff

• You are registered as a Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College.
