As a progressive therapist-owned company, Quinte and District Rehabilitation (Quinte Rehab) provides therapy services to a diverse client base in the comfort of their homes. Our clients span across Hastings and Prince Edward Counties, encompassing areas like Belleville, Picton, Trenton, and Bancroft. We pride ourselves on collaborative efforts with clients and caregivers, delivering responsive, accessible, integrated, and client-centred care through the Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS) program. We are looking for a Social Worker to join our innovative and dynamic multidisciplinary team of therapists. You will be working with adults within our home care program in Belleville, Trenton, Bancroft, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's (with experience) of Social Work degree (required)
  • You must be registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (required)
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (required)
