The Volunteer’s Role
The overall purpose of this placement is to provide technical support to Junior Achievement Jamaica by providing communication and marketing support to staff, particularly in social media. As a volunteer, you will coordinate with the team to increase visibility of JAJ’s programmes and enhance its digital presence, engage students and stakeholders, and promote the programs in youth entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and work readiness. You will create compelling content, manage online interactions, and support digital campaigns to amplify JAJ’s impact.

Junior Achievement Jamaica (JAJ) is a non-profit, non-government organization (NGO) that has been operating in Jamaica since 2008, executing programs designed to build the economic success of youth ages five (5) through twenty-four (24).
Terms and Conditions
Cuso International's terms and conditions allow you to lead a modest and healthy lifestyle similar to local living standards. This support package will cover basic living expenses for one volunteer and is not intended to cover home-based expenses or luxury items.

Pre-placement Training and Briefing - Skills and Knowledge for Working in Development (SKWID)
We commit to helping you prepare as best as possible for your placement. You will have a Volunteering Mobilization Advisor (VMA) to support you through the process and will participate in pre-placement training as part of your preparation.

During the application and pre-placement phases, most Cuso International applicants are based in Canada. Regardless of your location, it's crucial for us to maintain easy and prompt communication with you between your application and start dates.
