YOUR ROLE

  • Content Creation & Strategy:
    • Plan, create, and publish visually appealing and engaging content calendars for all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) to support brand strategies for the overall hair business and the individual brands/products.
    • Identify and respond to social education content needs and opportunities to achieve strategic brand goals.
    • Execute paid ad strategy, with support of agency and global social teams.
    • Design engaging templates and assets for social posts, stories, and other formats to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Community Management:
    • Actively engage with the professional community through comments, direct messages, and social interactions, fostering loyalty and connection.
    • Monitor conversations about the brand, responding to feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborations & Partnerships:
    • Work with professional hair artists, brand ambassadors, and influencers to co-create compelling content that showcases the brand's products and techniques.
    • Partner with internal teams to develop campaigns that integrate social media with broader marketing initiatives.
    • Identify gaps in content and work with digital content creation and creative content team to execute photo shoots for key launches and education collections.
  • Trend Analysis & Innovation:
    • Stay updated on trends in the professional hair and beauty industry, ensuring the brand remains relevant and ahead of the curve.
    • Experiment with emerging formats (e.g., Reels, Stories, Lives) to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Performance Tracking & Insights:
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize content and campaigns.
    • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance.
