Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual who is passionate about beauty, skincare and medical aesthetics to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant. This role will involve managing our social media presence to engage with our clients and promote our services while also supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. A candidate with both English and Chinese (Mandarin) language skills is preferred. This position will be based out of our North York clinic.
Additionally, this position presents an exciting opportunity to grow into the role of a Beauty Consultant with potential for sales-based commission rewards.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Marketing Coordination:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Design, curate, and publish compelling content across various social media platforms (Instagram, WeChat, TikTok, RED, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
- Assess client skin condition and determine appropriate treatment in response to client concerns
- Provide general information to clients on med spa services and skin care products
- Administrative Duties:
- Greet and assist clients both in person and over the phone/email/social media.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Accurately document charts and update patient profiles after treatments.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and manage product inventory.
- Ensure a strong level of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management, design, marketing, and/or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools for scheduling and analytics.
- Knowledge of skincare/beauty industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
