Job description

DC Global Talent is seeking an innovative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement across various platforms. You will also handle content creation for our website, email marketing initiatives, and community engagement activities that align with our recruitment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  1. Create and design visually appealing graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  2. Develop engaging reels and video content tailored for Instagram and LinkedIn.
  3. Schedule and write compelling daily posts across all social media platforms.
  4. Monitor analytics for Instagram and LinkedIn, tracking engagement metrics to optimize content and strategy.
  5. Respond promptly to messages and comments across all platforms, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
  6. Foster interaction with followers and industry pages to enhance engagement levels.

Content Creation & Website Management:

  1. Write informative and engaging blog posts for the DC Global Talent website.
  2. Update the website with new blog posts, job openings, and client information.
  3. Create marketing materials for business development, including presentations, banners, and promotional content.

Event & Community Engagement:

  1. Organize and host online recruitment events showcasing job opportunities.
  2. Develop and execute promotional strategies for events across social media and through email marketing.
  3. Post-event recordings to YouTube and share insights on social media and newsletters.

Email Marketing & Reputation Management:

  1. Design and distribute a monthly newsletter targeting candidates and clients.
  2. Regularly monitor Google reviews, respond to feedback, and create necessary graphics for social media.

Advertising & Brand Awareness:

  1. Promote job opportunities and DC Global Talent’s services through targeted advertising campaigns on various platforms.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  3. Strong familiarity with social media platforms, analytics, and engagement strategies.
  4. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  5. Excellent writing and communication skills.
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Experience with email marketing tools and website management (WordPress or similar).
