About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated, independent, and strategic Social Media Manager to join our growing team. As we expand, we need someone who can take full ownership of our social media strategy, developing, executing, and optimizing it to drive engagement and growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well both independently and collaboratively, and can leverage data-driven insights to track performance, refine our approach, and contribute to our overall marketing efforts.

Employment Type: Open to full-time or seasonal role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic social media plans, aligning with business objectives and audience insights.
  • Own the content calendar, ensuring consistent, engaging, and high-quality content across all platforms.
  • Manage and optimize all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), balancing organic and paid efforts.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring messaging aligns with our evolving brand voice.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media and CRM performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage CRM platforms to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing strategies, including customer engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Content Coordinator to create and distribute compelling, brand-aligned content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing agency to optimize paid social campaigns and refine audience targeting strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, adapting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy and management, with a focus on analytics and optimization.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and integrating social media with broader marketing efforts.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including best practices for content, engagement, and paid campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly self-motivated and independent, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with online audiences in an authentic, brand-aligned voice.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, copy, and content quality.
  • Thrives in a fast-growing, evolving environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a team.
