SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL AD MANAGER

Bannister Kia and Chevy Penticton are looking for a high energy Social Media & Digital Ad Manager to join our team! We have a huge focus on having fun while being winning in our market.

The ideal candidate will have experience and skills in the following areas:

• Creating social media posts
• Creating video content (30-60 seconds long)
• Managing Facebook + Instagram paid ads/Campaigns
• Creating Excel/Smartsheet designs
• Managing paid social media campaigns

What we offer:

• Salary: $50,000-$60,000/year
• Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday
• Health Benefits after 3 month waiting period

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Campaign Management: Utilize our budgets to maximize reach as well as support with Meta ad campaigns.
• Target Marketing: Identify target audiences and create engaging content that resonates with our customers.
• Content Creation: Curate, create, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content reflects the brand's voice and values.
• Email + Text Campaign Management: Work with our team to create email campaigns.
• Social Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and ad management to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant tools and metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
• Events: Help organize company events.
