Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our team at KENT Building Supplies. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing social media initiatives and brand storytelling with our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
  3. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  5. Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  6. Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
  8. Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to grow the company's social reach and network.
  9. Create engaging content.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, and experience with influencer marketing and community engagement.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
  5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
