Social Media Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our social media presence. You will be responsible for posting engaging content 2-3 times per week and occasionally filming short video clips (e.g., reels) featuring our team and services. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation, understands social media trends, and enjoys showcasing the visual aspects of a growing business.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and post engaging social media content (photos, videos, reels, stories) 2-3 times per week across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
2. Film and edit short video clips of the business owner and team to highlight services, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments.
3. Develop content calendars to maintain consistency and align with business promotions.
4. Write clear and engaging captions that resonate with our audience and reflect the brand’s voice.
5. Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond to interactions to build a loyal following.
6. Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative ideas to improve content quality and reach.

Requirements

1. Basic video editing skills (for reels, clips, and stories).
2. Experience in social media content creation.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
7. Access to a smartphone with a good-quality camera and video capabilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
