Role Overview: The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of Humaniti’s social media channels and accounts. This role would be the main ‘owner’ of the accounts: drafting the social media content calendar, creating captions, assembling creative assets, scheduling content, community management, engagement, responding to audience interactions, and analyzing performance data. Once the draft monthly social media calendar is created, the social media coordinator would work with NKPR and the internal senior lead to revise and implement the content according to the posting cadence and best practices of the Humaniti brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Assembling the monthly content calendars, drafting content.
  • Content Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the content calendar, ensuring that posts are published on time and aligned with the overall marketing strategy. Liaise with the content creation team to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms in a timely manner to foster positive community relationships.
  • Social Media Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies that align with broader marketing goals.
  • Campaign Management: Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Analytical skills to interpret social media data and metrics.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
