Job Summary:
The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and managing engaging content for our social media platforms, primarily Instagram, and our website. This role involves creating captivating stories, reels, posts, and other digital content that highlights our renovation projects, connects with our audience, and strengthens our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content (photos, videos, reels) that showcases our renovation projects, behind-the-scenes processes, and client testimonials.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our Instagram account by regularly posting engaging content, including stories and reels, and interacting with our audience to build a loyal community.
- Content Planning: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting across all platforms.
- Brand Voice: Maintain and elevate the company's brand voice and aesthetic across all social media channels and the website.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and project managers to understand ongoing projects and create relevant content that aligns with our marketing goals.
- Website Content: Develop and update content for the website, including blog posts, project galleries, and client testimonials, ensuring all content is optimized for SEO.
- Analytics: Monitor social media and website analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies as needed to maximize engagement and reach.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our online presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in the home renovation, interior design, or a related industry.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing apps).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about home design and renovation.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
