Social Media and UGC Coordinator (Remote - Canada)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media and UGC Coordinator to join our team. With 2 years of relevant experience, you’ll play a key role in managing community engagement, creating compelling content, and curating user-generated content (UGC) for our clients. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about social media, excels in content creation, and has a knack for building and managing creator relationships.
Responsibilities:
Your role would include, but not be limited to the following:
- Community Management and Proactive Social Outreach: Engage with our brand communities by responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive online presence. Proactively seek out and engage with potential brand advocates and influencers.
- Content Creation: Develop and create engaging content tailored for various platforms, including TikToks, Instagram, and other social media channels, to drive brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Editing UGC Videos: Edit and enhance user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our brand’s voice and quality standards.
- Building Influencer/Creator Rosters: Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with influencers and creators who align with our immersive and consumer clients’ brand values and goals.
- Identifying New Creators: Discover and connect with emerging creators who fit our clients’ needs. Evaluate and onboard new talent to enrich our UGC rosters.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics and influencer campaign effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing strategies based on data.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok and Instagram trends and UGC best practices. Implement innovative strategies to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the influencer and social teams, as well as clients, to ensure alignment on content strategies and campaign goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate.
- 2 years of experience in marketing (preferably social media or influencer marketing).
