We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Smoothie Barista to join our Vitasave Robson team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will make a wide range of smoothies with special categories like vegan and gluten-free smoothies.

Skills / Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in food service, particularly in a smoothie bar, café, or health-focused environment.
• Experience in hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong sense of teamwork and all that it entails.
• Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays and varying hours needed.
• Basic computer skills.
• Food Safe Level 1.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare best smoothies for our customers and provide fast and fun service.
• Create a high-energy environment – motion creates emotion! High energy is a must!
• Provide knowledge and information about superfoods/smoothie ingredients/general nutrition.
• Build good customer relationships and maintain customer service standards.
• Take orders from the customers and ensure accurate POS transactions.
• Understand how to open and close the store with proper procedure.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following company standard operating procedures.
• Keep the smoothie bar clean, stocked and organized.
• Take part in specific tasks that help ensure our store runs smoothly.
