Customer Experience Supervisor - West of Canada

Branch Office: Edmonton - Edmonton, Alberta T5S 2X4

Schedule: 37.75 (Day)

Salary: $65,000 - $81,000

Description:

The Customer Experience Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the West Canadian customer experience teams to ensure efficient operation. This role involves overseeing customer experience staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that service standards and objectives set by the company are met within the team.
  • Train and support team members, assisting them daily and improving their customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage the Customer Experience Representatives team, including scheduling, time-off/holidays, conducting evaluations, and helping define and achieve annual goals, with assistance from the HR team.
  • Allocate tasks based on team members' skills and capabilities to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Resolve complaints or conflicts with customers.
  • Find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company rules and constraints.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Communicate company policies, vision, and objectives to employees.
  • Contribute to fulfilling Sani Marc's mission.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Hold a college diploma in a related field or have other relevant experience.
  • Have skills and experience in team management.
  • Demonstrate a natural aptitude for sales and a passion for customer service.
  • Communicate effectively and convey vision and directives.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Have general knowledge of computers.
  • Possess strong learning and adaptability skills, while being proactive and energetic.
  • Thrive on challenges and be a team player.

  • You will work from one of our facilities in Edmonton, Calgary, or Coquitlam.
