  • Promote and maintain good customer services.
  • Vending Machine or Vehicle Diagnostic Experience a good fit.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any and all related equipment, including all circuit boards, with proper training.
  • Responsible for the initial set-up and checkout of new machines of all types, ensuring the machines are in proper working condition.
  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance of all slot machines and other technical equipment or operations related equipment, including cleaning machines and overhauls.
  • Answer service calls and notify proper personnel to service customer if the Technician cannot address the problem.
  • Maintain the integrity of the operation and related equipment and secure all company assets and property at all times.
  • Responsible for the security of keys, radio, changer remote control and data system cards from check-in to check-out.
  • Responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly, with proper training.
  • Work with Slot Tech Manager and Slot Attendants to ensure that the slot machines, associated equipment and data system monitoring equipment are in proper working order and all customer needs are satisfied.
  • Perform renovations to slot machines.
  • Tag repairable parts noting appropriate information.
  • Circulate through the assigned area replacing broken or burned out bulbs, etc.
  • Will advise Technician Manager in developing/teaching advanced electronic repairs.
  • Assist patrons by explaining how the slot machines work, pays, directions and other requests.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have troubleshooting skills and the ability to think logically. Some mechanical skills are desirable.
  • Work experience in repair and maintenance of electromechanical equipment and/or new model vehicles.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write and email shift reports and also be able to update spreadsheets.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.

STARTING SALARY

$18.50
