Site Superintendent, Multi Family

The Site Superintendent is responsible for providing on-site coordination for all phases of Multi-Family Apartment construction projects. Coordinating work directed in the field, you will ensure specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Essential Functions

1. Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure on-time completion.
2. Perform quality control duties regarding the work being performed.
3. Communicate with project team regarding Change Orders.
4. Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
5. Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
6. Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
7. Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
8. Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by the project team.
9. Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future scheduling.
10. Establish and enforce job site quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction.
11. Schedule all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as ensure their completion of work within time allowed.
12. Ensure all safety documentation is completed and enforce safety on site.
13. Performs other related duties as assigned.
