Job Description

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for ICI projects, ensuring subcontractors and trades meet project goals.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, address issues or delays promptly, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses, material usage, and labor to support budgeting and reporting.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years of experience as an ICI Superintendent, with a proven history of successfully managing ICI projects, including new build hotel developments.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and effectively manage a diverse team.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with LEED certification and sustainable building practices is a plus.
• Gold Seal certification or equivalent credentials are highly preferred.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
