Superintendent – 4-Storey Multifamily Construction

Calgary (2 positions) & Edmonton (1 position), Alberta

Are you an experienced Superintendent with a background in 4-storey+ wood-frame multifamily construction ? We are looking for three dedicated professionals to lead projects in Calgary and Edmonton .

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee the day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site personnel to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks to ensure high standards.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to address challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

What You Bring :

Proven experience as a Superintendent in wood-frame multifamily construction (4-storey or higher) .

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to drive project success.

Knowledge of local building codes, construction safety regulations, and best practices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
