Site Superintendent

With a diverse and talented team, we’re looking to add a Site Superintendent to join us in Fort Frances, ON, to oversee the successful execution of environmental remediation projects.

What You will Do:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and meet high standards of safety.
2. Lead team meetings, including safety briefings and progress updates with the Project Manager and General Superintendent.
3. Maintain close monitoring of costs, making sure projects are cost-effective and on-budget.
4. Act as the primary liaison between all project teams, identifying and resolving scope conflicts and changes.
5. Assign resources efficiently, ensuring proper staffing and equipment to meet project needs.
6. Ensure safety is the top priority on site and that all operations follow corporate policies.

WIN
What you bring to the table:

1. Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience in civil construction or soil remediation.
2. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards successful project outcomes.
3. Knowledge: Familiar with blueprints, codes, laws, and quality standards within the construction or environmental remediation sectors.
4. Certifications: First Aid/CPR is an asset.
5. Education: Grade 12 or equivalent preferred.
