Site Security Supervisor - Full-time - Yellowknife, NT

Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) is seeking a Site Supervisor in Yellowknife, NT. The successful applicant will provide direct oversite and supervision of all security team members at the site, including shift schedules, training, coaching, and client communication. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage security personnel and ensure the safety of staff, customers and visitors.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and manage security staff during shifts.
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring full coverage for all shifts.
• Ensure compliance with site security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Write detailed incident and shift reports.
• Monitor and manage security systems, including alarms and cameras.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with site administration and staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a security or supervisory role is mandatory.
• 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting is mandatory.
• First aid certification is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with security management software.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Additional Information:

• This position will work 12-hour shifts on a 4-day on/ off cycle.
