This role involves managing complex protocols and working closely with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will perform clinical tasks and monitor participants to ensure compliance with best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and support team members in understanding processes and values.
• Screen potential study participants and obtain consent.
• Train staff and perform basic clinical procedures like blood draws and vital signs checks.
• Review test results and identify any issues, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Manage challenging study protocols and act as a main contact in your field.
• Conduct clinical tasks such as administering study drugs and monitoring for reactions.
• Collaborate with investigators to assess study protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with regulatory paperwork.
• Foster positive relationships with participants and colleagues.
• Ensure recruitment goals are met and engage in ongoing learning.
