Site Manager - Cladding & FRA Works (High-Rise Projects)

South East London (Primarily Sutton)
4 Days on Site / 1 Day Office-Based
Company Van Provided
12-Months - £250 per day

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to take on a long-term role managing high-rise cladding and fire remediation projects? We're recruiting for a proactive and safety-conscious individual to oversee multiple sites across South East London, with a strong focus in the Sutton area.

The Role:

• Manage day-to-day operations on cladding and FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) remedial works across occupied high-rise residential buildings




• Coordinate subcontractors, monitor site progress, and ensure strict adherence to health & safety and building regulations




• Attend and lead site meetings, maintain progress reports, and ensure quality control across all phases




• Spend 4 days on-site and 1 day in the office completing site documentation, planning, and paperwork

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within cladding and/or FRA environments




• Comfortable managing high-rise projects and multiple trades




• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required




• Excellent organisational and communication skills




• Knowledge of current building safety legislation (incl. fire safety regulations)
