Sipping Room Associate - April 2025 (Part-Time)

Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers is looking for Sipping Room Associates to join our team this coming Summer 2025! If you're passionate about spirits and cocktails, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are a highly collaborative and uber-enthusiastic team player, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Do:

1. Welcome Guests to the Sipping Room
2. Educate Guests on our Spirits & Bitters collection
3. Lead Guests through tastings
4. Lead tours of the Distillery
5. Assist with events and day to day operations within the Dillon’s hospitality Team
6. Assist with sales in the Sipping Room

About You:

1. 2+ Years of Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service experience preferred
2. Smart Serve Certificate Required
3. Strong communication skills
4. Exceptional time management skills
5. High attention to detail
6. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
7. Ability to work during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is required
