Job Description

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $17.62~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:

1. Schedule and supervise kitchen workers
2. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
3. Manage kitchen operations with other cooks
4. Control inventory and keep records of food, supplies, and cooking utensils
5. Always keep kitchen and work area clean and sanitized
6. Plan menus and determine size of food portions
7. Involve in hiring and training new kitchen staff

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
