Hybrid Landscape Management is seeking a hardworking and reliable General Labour – Landscape Shop Technician to support our operations by maintaining equipment, assisting with repairs, and ensuring our shop and yard remain organized and efficient. If you enjoy hands-on work in an outdoor environment and have a passion for landscaping equipment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the landscape shop and yard.
• Perform basic repairs and servicing on landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
• Help crews load/unload materials, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and shop supplies.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify issues and report them to the mechanic.
• Assist with sharpening blades, changing oils, and general upkeep of company vehicles and equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Support landscape crews with occasional on-site labor as needed.
