Dale Adams Automotive Specialists has been serving Calgary and area since 1977. We are a Shelby Authorized Mod Shop and a complete automotive service centre. We provide everything from basic vehicle maintenance, service, diagnostics and repairs to custom performance packages, upgrades and everything in between.

Shop Foreman – Licensed Automotive Service Technician

Responsibilities

1. Lead and Manage a Team of Technicians to Ensure work is done Efficiently and Accurately
2. Mentor Technicians to keep them Updated on Shop Processes, Safety, and Repair Methods
3. Assign Tasks, Track Progress, and Offer Support to Ensure work is Completed on Time
4. Accurately Complete Required Paperwork, such as Work Orders and Service Records
5. Promote a Positive, Safe, and Productive Work Environment.
6. Address Customer Concerns or Complaints Professionally and Promptly
7. Complying with Company and Government Regulations
8. Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Space
9. Able to Stay Up to Date with Modern, Industry-Based Technology

Requirements

1. Automotive Service Technician: Journeyman Certification Mandatory
2. Proven Experience as an Automotive Technician with a Strong Knowledge of Vehicle Repairs and Diagnostics
3. Previous Leadership or Supervisory Experience in a Similar Role
4. Physically Capable of Performing Job Requirements
5. Mechanical Aptitude with Problem Solving Skills
6. Respectful and Positive Communication style
7. Ability to work Independently and Composed under Pressure
8. Attention to Detail, Accuracy and Efficiency
9. Team player, Adaptable and Motivated
10. Computer Competency with Strong Written Communication
11. Excellent Organization and Time Management
12. Provide a Clear Driver Abstract
