For our client in the industrial equipment/construction field, we are looking for a Shop Foreman to manage and optimize service operations, including planning customer interactions to ensure maximum efficiency.

This role includes task assignment, technical diagnostics, tool maintenance, as well as organizing and monitoring technician training. Strong project management and communication skills are essential, as is experience in heavy equipment maintenance.

Skills and qualifications :

• Significant experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of local products.
• Forklift license appreciated.
• This position requires excellent organization to maintain a high quality of service and respond effectively to customer needs.
