Shop Cleaner / Helper

Our client in Strathroy is looking to hire a shop cleaner / helper! They are looking for someone reliable with a positive attitude to join their team!

Duties:

1. General shop cleanup
2. Completing a daily checklist of cleaning duties.
3. Helping around the shop as required – this may include assisting mechanics, picking up parts from vendors, or occasionally driving customers back to their workplace.
4. Working both indoors in a shop/garage setting and outdoors in all weather conditions (hot and cold).

Shift:

Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm

Requirements:

1. Ability to work 40 hours legally on SIN, as this could become a full time, on-going position
2. A valid driver’s license is required for occasional driving tasks.
3. Ability to lift 50 lbs
4. Strong English Communication Skills
5. Candidates must have work boots; we will supply any other necessary PPE.

Pay rate:

$18/hour
Weekly pay every Friday by direct deposit
