IS2 Workforce Solutions is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join a well-established fresh produce distribution company in Calgary. What You’ll Do:

1. Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure timely and efficient product distribution.
2. Lead and mentor teams within the Shipping Department to optimize workflow.
3. Oversee inventory management using ERP systems and ensure proper product allocation.
4. Implement shipping policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety regulations and workplace safety policies.
6. Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to resolve shipping-related issues.
7. Approve and review shipping documents, including sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery logs.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 3+ years of experience in a shipping or logistics supervisory role.
2. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a team.
3. Experience with ERP inventory systems and knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
4. Forklift and pallet jack experience (certification preferred).
5. Experience with fresh produce is an asset but not required.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience and produce background)

Shift Details: Monday to Friday 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
