Position Overview
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring accuracy when receiving, shipping, and recording all movements of inventory and materials to and from Fresh Start Foods facilities.

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00pm-9:30pm, Sundays may be required.
Salary: $19.45/hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Lead Hand or Supervisor
• Frequently operate a forklift, pallet jack, hand jack, and other equipment to load, unload transport, and store goods.
• Achieving productivity targets.
• Ensuring orders are finished according to shipping schedules.
• Working together with team members to ensure an efficient production flow.
• Ensuring products are shipped and received to specifications.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of warehouse/shipping/picking experience
• License on stand up counterbalance, reach truck, and walkie/rider. If not, must have 1-2 years experience in operating forklifts.
• Must be proficient with a computer (ie. Google Sheets, Gmail, etc)
• Strong Attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Accountable and Dependable.
• Self motivated and have the desire to improve continuously.
• Frequent lifting, pushing & pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending/stooping. Occasionally required to squat/kneel/rotate/twist/balance.
• Must be able to work Holidays as required
• Able to work Overtime as required
