Shift Supervisor - BK # 06092

We are currently hiring Shift Supervisors and there are multiple positions available for this location.

A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience is required with a Fast-Food Restaurant. Please apply in confidence with a copy of your Resume.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supervise and manage the shift of 8-10 food service counter attendants and kitchen helpers.
2. Establish work schedules.
3. Estimate and order ingredients.
4. Ensure food service and quality.
5. Maintain a record of stock, repairs, sales, and wastages.
6. Prepare and submit reports.
7. Train staff in job duties and sanitation.
8. Hire local staff.
9. Work in a fast-paced environment.
10. Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. Combination of walking, standing, and sitting.
12. Enter sales activities and other data in files, registers, and computers.
13. Handle customer complaints.
14. Address and resolve employee concerns.

We offer attractive wages of $14.00 to $16.00 / per hour for a minimum of 40 hours a week.
