Responsibilities

1. Maintain quality control for all food served.
2. Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products and order accordingly.
3. Prepare, audit and submit daily cash and machine transaction reports.
4. Oversee and coordinate staff activities who prepare, handle and portion food.
5. Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
6. Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
7. Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
8. Ensure the Company Guest Services policy is practiced in the Restaurant at all times.
9. Resolve any issues or complaints presented by our Guests.
10. Coach employees in the development of exceptional Guest Service.
11. Ensure the presentation of safe food products to the Guest.

Supervision: Cook (general), Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers.
