Teck is looking for an experienced Shift Leader, Sulphide & Cadmium to join our team at our Trail Operations, one of the world's largest fully integrated zinc and lead smelting and refining complexes. Reporting to a Production Superintendent, the shift leader will be accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the plants and for the development and training of employees reporting to them.

Salary Range: $103,000.0 - $127,000.0
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
Please note this role does require the successful candidate to live within 100KM of Trail, British Columbia. Relocation assistance will be offered; however, there is no camp or company housing.
