Job Summary:

The School of Criminology and Criminal Justice has approximately 500 program students and offers a Diploma in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice, and an Honours program.

The School of Criminology and Criminal Justice requires sessional faculty for the Summer 2025 semester and beyond to teach CRIM 105 (Psychological Explanations of Criminal and Deviant Behaviour). Qualifications:

  • Applicants must possess at minimum a Master of Arts degree in criminology, criminal justice, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Applicants must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the subject area and teaching excellence (or the potential for teaching excellence). Preferred criteria include previous post-secondary teaching experience.

We are seeking a collegial, energetic, and innovative individual to effectively mentor students from a diverse range of backgrounds and abilities.
