DUTIES

The Department of Human Enterprise and Innovation in the Bob Gaglardi School of Business and Economics, Thompson Rivers University, invites applications to teach one or two sections of Business Ethics and Society in the Summer 2025 semester.

MNGT 3710_01 - Business Ethics and Society – Session 1: Tues/Thursday 17:50 – 20:20

MNGT 3710_03 - Business Ethics and Society – Session 2: Tues/Thursday 17:50 – 20:20

All instruction will be in the classroom on our Kamloops campus.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should have:

  • An MBA degree or relevant Master’s degree (PhD preferred).
  • Significant capability in Business Ethics as evidenced by directly related work experience.
  • Evidence of strong teaching potential/experience.

Candidates with one or more of the following will have an added advantage:

  • Evidence of strong teaching experience as reflected by student evaluations.
  • Familiarity with the Moodle Learning Management System.

Please Note: If you are selected for an interview, external candidates will be required to bring a copy of their transcripts to the interview.

The selected candidate will follow a standard course outline and assessment scheme.

Compensation: $2,575.50 (Sessional Faculty - Academic (per credit))
