The Client Enablement team is part of Capital Markets Operations and partners with the Front Office and other areas within our client's Securities.

As a ServiceNow Solution Developer, you will utilize your in-depth technical knowledge of ServiceNow to solve complex business problems.
The ServiceNow Developer is a technical role that is responsible for the configuration, ongoing development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Federated Model for the Client Enablement team.
An understanding of Capital Markets will benefit in understanding the workflows that interconnect the pipeline between clients and sales & trading.
The selected candidate will design the process flows that will enable a seamless onboarding experience.
Job Responsibilities: Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Develop customizations such as building workflows, importing data, integrating with external data sources via APIs and scripting, customizing the screens, forms, notifications, and lists, building reports and dashboards, configuring groups, and role access
Evaluate ServiceNow application platform performance, debug software problems, and make recommendations for problem resolution
Document technical solutions, build artifacts, and run books as necessary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for workflow customization in ServiceNow
Ensure a high degree of development standards adhere to minimize the risk
Liaise effectively between customers, technology, information security, and various business partners to ensure high-quality and timely resolution of customer issues
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, assisting them in understanding and effectively utilizing ServiceNow workflows
In addition, the selected individual should have strong relationship management skills as they will need to work closely with the client onboarding team, front office, and support teams (i.e. credit, AML, regulatory, legal, and data services).
The selected candidate should be a go-getter with a strong aptitude and ability to multi-task to meet the deliverable of creating onboarding solutions that will provide clients an exceptional service.

Must Haves
2+ years of ServiceNow experience, specifically in building customized workflows
Experience working in a federated model
Strong communicator
3+ years of work experience in systems design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies
3+ years working with JavaScript
Experience with CSS and a good understanding of UI/UX concepts and design framework
Solid understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management processes
ServiceNow integrations with 3rd party tools and platforms using inbuild connectors, API's REST, SOAP, etc.
Comfortable manipulating structure and unstructured data using Python or similar
Knowledge of requirements gathering design, planning, development, and implementation with an Agile Framework; and creation and maintenance of technical and functional design documentation
