Location: Toronto, ON (REMOTE)

A Senior Business Process Consultant - ServiceNow at a Cognizant company is an exceptional professional who assumes a critical role in guiding clients and teams towards successful process optimization through the assessment, analysis, and mapping of better workflows and implementation of standard, measurable processes so that proper next steps can be envisioned and realized in automation.

Responsibilities:

• With an extensive understanding of industry standards and proven market practices, deliver tailored solutions that effectively address unique challenges and drive process excellence for each client.
• As a trusted advisor, cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, actively collaborating with teams and clients to achieve mutual success.
• Skillfully develop strategic roadmaps that outline a well-structured and incremental approach to process maturity, ensuring a smooth transition towards optimized operations.
• Through meticulous analysis, strategic guidance, and the establishment of performance metrics, guarantee the seamless integration of standard processes, resulting in heightened efficiency, enhanced effectiveness, and sustainable growth for the organization.
• Provide functional support to the Business Development teams during pre-sales activities, using expertise to assist in building tailored solutions that precisely align with client requirements.

Qualifications, Certifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences.
• CPDE (Required or equivalent)
• ITIL v3 or 4 (Required) Six Sigma (Desirable)
• Agile (Desirable)
• Prosci (Desirable)
• TOGAF (Desirable)

SN Certifications & Experience:

• CSA, Business Process for Implementation
• 5+ years’ experience in Process development, Process management, and Process improvement.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $105,000 - $110,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Working Arrangements:

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a Cognizant office in either Toronto or London, ON.
