ServiceNow Architect – Bilingual (French/English)

Alldus has partnered with a global IT service provider who are looking for a ServiceNow Architect who is fluent in French and English to lead projects and support our clients in achieving digital transformation goals. The ideal candidate has extensive ServiceNow experience and a strategic mindset for creating and implementing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead workshops and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and outline solutions.
3. Oversee and support the development and implementation phases.
4. Ensure the quality and integrity of solutions, providing expert guidance and best practices.
5. Act as a mentor to junior developers and assist with technical troubleshooting as needed.

Skillset

1. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with 3+ years in an architect role.
2. Strong proficiency in both French and English.
3. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and others.
4. Proven experience in leading complex ServiceNow projects.
5. ServiceNow Architect or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
