SERVICE TOWER OPERATOR
Legacy Dodge in Wetaskiwin is looking for a Service Tower Operator who would be responsible for managing the workflow of vehicles in the shop, ensuring timely completion of repairs and efficient use of technicians' time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workflow Management: The tower operator controls the flow of vehicles through the shop, ensuring that work orders are processed efficiently and that vehicles are scheduled in a way that maximizes productivity and minimizes delays.
2. Scheduling and Prioritization: They schedule service vehicles based on customer specifications, technician skill levels, and shop capacity, prioritizing jobs to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
3. Communication: The tower operator acts as a central point of communication, relaying work orders, messages, and information to and from technicians and other service personnel.
4. Technician Workload Management: They monitor technician workloads, ensuring that technicians are not overloaded and that they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks efficiently.
5. Quality Control: They play a role in ensuring that quality control and inspection policies are followed, protecting the dealership from potential chargebacks.
6. Customer Satisfaction: By ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs, the tower operator contributes to customer satisfaction.
7. Inventory Management: May also be involved in managing parts inventory, ensuring that necessary parts are available for scheduled repairs.

***Previous Service Advising experience is an Asset as some duties will include assisting the Service Advisors in the department***
