Post Secondary School Duties / Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Bilingual (French).
• Perform equipment start-up, machine and safety inspections, maintenance repairs, tune-ups and adjustments.
• Train customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Make courtesy calls to build and maintain good customer relationships and promote parts sales and machine upgrades.
• Provide timely communication, updates and reports.
• Flexible work schedule with remote home and site working conditions.
• Compensation for mileage performed for work with personal vehicle.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English.
• Solid understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment performance issues.
• Understanding of PLC functionality and logic.
• 3 years' hands-on maintenance experience on industrial equipment.
• 2 years' customer service experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Flexible work schedule with remote home and site working conditions.
• Compensation for mileage performed for work with personal vehicle.
