Responsibilities Include

1. Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on residential plumbing, gas, and hydronic heating systems.
2. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets Pioneer 2000's standards and safety protocols.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain system integrity and efficiency.
4. Utilize backflow testing to maintain system compliance with safety regulations.
5. Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and any repairs.
6. Collaborate with the team on complex issues and provide support for continuous improvement in service quality.
7. Conduct on-site safety assessments and uphold industry safety standards.
8. Provide feedback and training to junior technicians to ensure consistent quality.

1. Experience Level: Highly skilled in plumbing, gas, and hydronic heating systems, with a strong background in residential settings.
2. Licenses Required: Clean driver's license, Journeyman Certificate (preferred), Backflow Testing Certification (preferred).
3. Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a focus on quality and efficiency.
5. Strong communication skills to effectively relay technical information and support team members.
