We're looking for a hard-working person to join us as a Boiler Technician in our Service Department! If you have an extensive knowledge of boiler operation, controls, and safety regulations, as well as strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, then we have the work for you! As our Boiler Technician, you step into a bustling mechanical wonderland, greeted by the hum of state-of-the-art systems. With your extensive experience, you proactively troubleshoot complex boilers, seamlessly install technical HVAC systems, and expertly navigate intricate control setups.

Earn a competitive wage of $36 - $48 per hour, depending on skill level and experience.

OUR IDEAL SERVICE BOILER TECHNICIAN:

We're Looking For Someone Who Meets These Qualifications

• Commercial, residential, or custom home boiler experience
• 3rd year or Journeyperson Ticket
• Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills
• Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
• Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work

And Who Can Manage These Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial boiler systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot boiler issues, including leaks, pressure problems, and combustion irregularities
• Perform routine maintenance, including burner tuning, cleaning, and replacing worn-out components
• Test and calibrate boiler controls, safety devices, and system components
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Work with hydronic and steam heating systems, including pumps, expansion tanks, and piping
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and follow-up actions
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites
