Job description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer.

iA Financial Group has embarked on a transformation aimed at improving the user experience and the quality of its services. The mission of the Digital Services and Enterprise Service Management team is to provide a quality IT service, by managing and supporting information technologies within the company. It is responsible for implementing and maintaining efficient processes and tools to meet user needs, while ensuring system security and stability. The team works in collaboration with other company departments to ensure the alignment of IT services with the organization's strategic objectives, and to respond proactively to evolving needs. Its ultimate goal is to optimize user and company productivity by ensuring the availability and reliability of IT services.

In this context, the candidate we are looking for will have to participate in the development and improvement of solutions aimed at improving the user experience and the efficiency of IT services.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and validate the needs expressed by the team, in close collaboration with the product manager (PO) and/or users.
  2. In collaboration with the team, participate in the design, programming, configuration or integration of the solution on the ServiceNow platform.
  3. Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs, including advanced scripting for each case.
  4. Develop integrations using SOAP/REST/Integration Hub and Service Graph Connectors.
  5. Develop and automate process flows.
  6. Load, manipulate and maintain data exchanged between ServiceNow and other systems.
  7. Lead delegated development of components, Flow Designer and workspaces.
  8. Provide technical support once the solution is in production (anomalies, maintenance, monitoring, etc.).
  9. Actively contribute to ensuring that the documentation required to ensure the longevity of the elements designed is present, valid and kept up to date.
  10. Actively participate in all team activities (planning of ceremonies, definition of terminations, etc.).

Type of Profile Considered:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business computing, information systems, computer or software engineering, mathematics or other relevant training at the same level.
  2. 1 year experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  3. Experience in the creation and development of ServiceNow applications and integration with third-party systems.
  4. Excellent knowledge of the ITIL framework.
  5. Proven knowledge of ITSM, ITAM and ITOM modules of the ServiceNow platform.
  6. Excellent, structured communicator and technical popularizer with a good ability to synthesize and work effectively in a team.
  7. Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
  8. Excellent coordination, negotiation and decision-making skills.
  9. Intermediate level of oral and written English, with 20% of daily tasks to be performed in English. Tasks in English include oral and written communication by videoconference or telephone to support unilingual English-speaking users.

Additional Assets:

Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry.
