What you’ll be doing.
The Service Manager position is less of a job and more a lifestyle of leadership. Working side by side to support, train and guide your motivated Rec Advisors and Technicians, while setting goals alongside the rest of the dealership management team. This role drives the smooth operations and financial performance of the service department. You’ll attract and retain great talent by touting this fun place to work, scheduling to the needs of each team member and verifying their quality of work is up to your high standards.

We keep things simple, measuring your performance on achieving and exceeding revenue numbers, technician productivity and customer service index.

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for:

  • Relevant service/parts management experience working with anything that has motor (land or water).
  • Solid understanding of parts and service KPIs, with a touch of spreadsheet wizardry.
  • Passion and enthusiasm. Not just for the amazingly fun products you service, but for inspiring your team.
  • Professional mechanic experience is an asset, but not a requirement.
  • Must have Driver’s License upon employment.
