Service Coordinator (12 month contract)
Job description
CIMCO is looking for a 12-month contract Service Coordinator for the Dartmouth location.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinating service jobs between customers and mechanics with support from the Service Manager
- Dispatching mechanics and maintaining overall schedule
- Handle incoming customer calls
- Create service orders and input in SAP system
- Review of customer service reports and timesheets for quality control purposes and compliance
- Liaise with parts suppliers, sales, billing, warranty and engineering departments
- Ordering/coordination of parts and materials
- Maintain inventory and warehouse control
- Assist in ongoing aspects of corporate safety program
Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Efficient & accurate data entry skills
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and timelines
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
- Flexibility to navigate changing business demands.
