Provides analytical support to the Service Planning Group as well as various levels of Service Management. Supports decision making with in-depth reporting and analysis of Machine, Customer, Technician and Financial performance to ensure future growth and market competitiveness. This position will also review and assess current processes, identify areas for improvement and use all available tools to produce relevant and accurate reporting. Liaison between headquarters and regional Service Management to address issues and ensure clear communication regarding key performance indicators.
In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated annual rate for this role: $92,210 to $138,080 annually.
