• Manage phone calls, walk-in inquiries, and customer interactions efficiently.

• Stay updated with the latest automotive trends and technologies.
• Be a beacon of trustworthiness and a supportive team member.

Requirements:

• A genuine love for cars and enthusiasm for customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills for estimates and service orders.
• A valid driver's license.
• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or extensive knowledge of automotive service and repairs preferred.
